Blue Jasperware Oval Trinket Box # 22162

This is a blue Jasperware covered dish. It could be a ring box, a trinket box, storage for tea or sugar bags and a myriad of other uses. It is blue with a white bas relief design of two children/cherubs.

The dish measures 3 3/8 inches by 2 5/8 inches. It is about 1 3/8 inches deep and is 1 7/8 inches to the top of the lid.

The base dish has a flower design on the two long sides plus the design on the lid. It is numbered and marked Germany as shown.

It has no chips, cracks, or other damage.
